Processing

Orders are conjured and printed on demand within roughly 2–3 business days. Once the garment passes inspection, it is handed to our courier spirits.

Carriage fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, distance, and whatever tolls the roads demand.

• Standard: about 5–7 business days in many regions
• Express: 2–3 business days where offered
• International: often 7–14 business days—customs may add their own delays

Tracking sigils

When your parcel leaves the workroom, you receive a tracking number by email—follow it like a thread through the labyrinth.

Returns & exchanges

If a shirt arrives wrong or unwearable, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to set the balance right.
